Who is Mike Skudlarek?
With a family passion for cars and a love for the sport of drifting, Mike Skudlarek has dedicated the past 18 years of his life to perfecting the art of controlled chaos on the track. As the driving force behind Detroit Drifting Company (DDC), Mike brings a unique blend of skill, expertise, and passion to the drifting world. DDC is Mike's outlet for sharing his various experiences in motorsports - particularly drifting/drift style. Mike has participated in numerous drift events throughout the United States, and even earned a Formula Drift pro license, competing in the 2011 and 2012 seasons with his home-built S13 Nissan 240sx; featuring a high output SR20DET engine, later followed by a Chevy LS3 V8 swap.

We assist drifters, road racers, and HPDE enthusiasts alike with upgrades, maintenance, fabrication and welding projects, and more.
