Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Some items may be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer or 3rd party warehouses. Other products may be made to order.

Many products manufactured by Detroit Drifting Company LLC (“DDC”) are built-to-order or produced in small batches. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products offered for sale on this website should be considered made to order, regardless of whether they are displayed as “in stock” or available for immediate purchase.

Lead times provided on product pages, in emails, or in other communications are estimates only. Actual fulfillment times may vary due to shop workload, material availability, supplier delays, or other factors outside of DDC’s control. Customers who require a more precise estimate are responsible for contacting us before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees:

  1. Lead times may exceed the estimated timeframe, and

  2. Extended lead times do not constitute grounds for a chargeback, and

  3. The customer must first contact DDC to request an order cancellation and refund if the estimated or updated lead time is not acceptable.

Customers agree not to file a chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card provider prior to:

  • contacting DDC at detroitdriftingco@gmail.com ,

  • allowing DDC a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, and

  • requesting cancellation and refund directly.

Failure to follow this process may result in delays in resolution.

International shipments may be subject to additional import, customs, VAT or other duties/fees, which are billed by the particular country's customs agency. These fees are determined by your country's customs agency and are additional to any shipping charges associated with your order.
