Made from 1-1/2” DOM steel tubing, the Detroit Drifting Co. front bash bar is designed to be strong enough to take a beating while being forgiving enough to protect your chassis from significant damage in most situations.
Installation is simple but does require removal of the factory frame horns to allow the mounting brackets to insert inside the frame rails. After that, and drilling a few holes for hardware, it is a bolt-on installation. No welding required.
This crash bar fits perfectly under OEM front bumper covers while saving several pounds over the factory unit.
May work for 79-89 model years with additional modifications, however fitment has not been confirmed.
